I’m Adam Ciano, a Chartered Accountant and founder of ONAIC Advisory.

I’ve spent my career working closely with business owners across accounting, finance and advisory.

I started ONAIC because I saw that business owners often don’t need another report - they need someone who understands the numbers, understands what’s happening across the business and helps them work out what needs to happen next.

That’s how I work. I get alongside business owners and leadership teams to improve financial performance, tackle the issues holding the business back and create clear accountability around what needs to get done.
